But we know that it's sometimes necessary to return an item, so we want to make it as easy as possible. We gladly accept returns purchased from brynncapella.pro within 30 days of receiving your order.
We, of course, encourage you to put your items inside the bag to make sure it carries what you need, lays the way you desire and feels amazing on! But all returns must be unworn, in its original resellable condition and still have the bag tags attached - just don't take the tags off the bag when trying it on.
Send an email to sales@brynncapella.pro to start the process. All returns are subject to approval and must receive authorization or a return shipping label from us prior to returning or the package will not be accepted.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Orders cannot be canceled once placed. If you've had a change of heart, reach out to sales@brynncapella.pro - we can edit your order, answer any questions to help you decide, or issue store credit right away so you have more time to choose your piece.
EXCHANGES FOR STORE CREDIT — BEST OPTION: If you're not in love with your item, we recommend exchanging for store credit. We'll issue a gift card (or store credit) with no expiration date so you can shop at your leisure - we're always here to help you find your dream bag. A $10 return label fee applies, no restocking fee.
REFUNDS: Prefer a refund? No problem. A $10 return label fee, a 5% restocking fee applied to your order value, and any original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. As a small business, we appreciate your understanding.
FINAL SALE: Sale Vault, Seconds & Samples, and Mystery Box items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE
Pre-paid label returns are via the US Post Office via Ground Advantage. Please do not use a Priority Mail box or fees will be doubled.
RETURNS FAQ
Can I return my purchase?
The only items that are not returnable are Sale Vault, Seconds & Samples, and Mystery Box items. Everything else is accepted as long as it's unworn, tags attached, and returned how it arrived. Only the cost of the product will be refunded, minus any fees. Any unauthorized product returns will not be accepted.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes — we issue store credit via a gift card with no expiration date. A $10 return label fee applies, but no restocking fee is deducted.
Where can I drop off my return?
All return labels are issued via USPS, so you can drop off at your local Post Office.
Have you received my return?
Returns normally take 7–10 days to reach us and can be tracked on the USPS website using your tracking info.
Where is my refund?
Refunds will normally take 7–10 days from receipt of returned goods. Processing times vary by banking institution.
RESPONSIBILITY
All returns being sent back are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure they are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit. A bag damaged during the return period may result in a non-refund, as merchandise must be returned in original resellable condition.
FAIR PRACTICES
Brynn Capella Leather Goods strives to be a fair fashion partner. However, if we notice unusual activity or suspect our return policy is being abused (worn merchandise, excessive returns), we reserve the right to limit future transactions.
